NOTICE OF CHANGE TO THE
Regular Commission Meeting Schedule
Lake Region Lakes Management District
Fiscal Year 2009/2010
The commissioners of the Lake Region Lakes Management District have currently scheduled the remainder of the current fiscal year’s regular commission meetings to be held at 6:00 p.m. (formerly 5:30 p.m.) on the third Wednesday of each month. Commission meetings are held at the District Offices, 804 Avenue X, SW, Winter Haven, Florida.
IF ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE AT THESE MEETINGS WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THESE MEETINGS, HE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
