The District is currently working on two major projects.
The excavation and seawall work on the Lake Rochelle
to Lake Haines canal.
The excavation of the canal between the north and south
chain of lakes. This is between Lake Hartridge and Lake
Conine and will involve the construction of a set of locks
to accommodate the different water levels.
